College scholarships

Every year, each Senator and Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly is allotted money to be distributed to his or her constituents as college scholarships.

Senatorial Scholarship


The deadline to apply for Senator Rosapepe's senatorial scholarship is Friday, July 8th, 2022.

Senatorial awards are automatically renewable -- no need to re-apply if you received a Senate award last year. Delegate scholarship winners, however, must re-apply every year.


Delegates' Scholarships

To apply for a 2022 - 2023 Delegate Scholarship for each of the offices of Delegates Peña-Melnyk, Barnes, and Lehman, you may complete the process by clicking here. You only need to complete one application for the three offices. The application deadline is April 4, 2022.




Scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors who attend Prince George's Public Schools.

The Excellence in Education Foundation for PGCPS awards 34 scholarships. Deadline is March 13, 2020.
